If at any time you request a change to the website agreement, we will notify you of cost changes so you can decide if you wish to proceed. If we determine changes you have requested to a live website will take longer than two hours, you will be notified before work commences. This ensures you will not receive any unexpected bills.

We build our websites on Wordpress and Business Catalyst (BC) both of which are world class software used by millions of websites. BC is owned and operated by Adobe which is one of the world’s leading software developers. BC is extremely powerful and with a little training you can be adding functionality that some web site developers only dream of. BC is hosted software which means you pay to license the product. The subscription costs are very competitive.
We do not hold you hostage
You have total access to your website at all times, on any internet supported computer. Both Wordpress and Business Catalyst are very easy to update allowing you to update the site yourself. Alternatively, we will provide updates for you at a set price. You never feel you have to wait for us to make small changes. We also complete most website change requests within two business days.
Your website is transferable
We value our clients and ideally would like to have them for life. However, we understand that people move on. Wordpress and Business Catalyst both allow you to either take the website with you or your site can be moved to another developer using the platform. There are numerous web developers that build using Business Catalyst and countless developers around the world using Wordpress so you can be assured that, if you choose, you will not be tied to us. Please note that the functionality of Business Catalyst is supplied by software hosted at Adobe and although you could move your site to another platform you could not take the functions.

Business Catalyst is supported by comprehensive user forums, a vast knowledge base and their own support request system that offer unlimited support should you wish to do things yourself. Of course we also offer support and can be contacted via our support link on the oolybooly website, by emailing support@oolybooly.com.au. Response times are detailed above.
What if it breaks?
From time to time, websites do break. If we break your website due to a programming or technical error, then we will correct it at our cost. However, if you have access to the site and caused the problem, then you will be required to pay to have it fixed. Determining the cause of a break is easy as changes are clearly tracked via the ‘back end’ of a website.
What if it doesn’t do what I wanted it to do?
If your website fails to meet your performance expectations, we are happy to review the initial proposal and work with you to set new, more specific objectives. In many cases, website performance is linked to Search Engine Optimisation and including ‘SEO’ strategies in your overall plan may be beneficial to the growth of your business.
What if I change my mind?
Sometimes what you want is difficult to explain and as the website construction is underway, you might change your mind. That is why we spend a significant amount of time with you during the initial design process. We want to understand your business and get to know you as well. We can also give you progress reports to ensure you are happy with the way your website is taking shape. If at any time during this process you change your mind, then we are happy to go back to the initial proposal and make changes. Please be aware that changes to design and functionality could induce costs and extend the timeline of your project…. But it is possible.
